Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I tried a few kinds. Some were nasty, but the others did trigger me. :( I stick with the nuked cheese now and then, that doesn't seem to do the same. For WHATEVER reason. I'm obviously nuts.

B: Two turkey sausage links and 4 oz of cottage cheese
L: Boca burger w/ cheese
S: Premier Protein shake
D: Not sure yet but got a recipe for SUPER simple low carb asian lettuce wraps so may try that
Water: Doing good, had about 5 cups
Exercise: Need to do something tonight, going to try and walk for 45 minutes
B: Pure protein chocolate RTD
S: Tea
L: Left over steak and shrimp from hub's b-day dinner yesterday!
S: More tea, a grape healthwise drink if I need it
D: Family is having pizza since tonight is our church activity night. I'm making tuna salad for me.
S: Mini red/yellow peppers stuffed with cream cheese/ham/chopped chilis (just made this up in my head, we'll see if it's good).
W: All the tea is a good thing, halfway there
V: Take them at night
E: I'm getting back on the bike tonight, 10 min is my goal to start
the stuffed peppers sound yummy! Would also try greek yogurt mixed with some herbs or something...or laughing cow cheese wedges!! ohhh now I think I have to try this haha
