Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I currently have a friend who keeps trying to get me to help her lose weight for a wedding and it's killing me because she doesnt care at all about life style changes - I feel bad but i refuse to waste my time helping. If you can't commit to a life style change, you aren't ready. Not to say that "dieting is completely gone from this process because sometimes you need to cut back a little on carbs/fat/junk whatever, but the big picture is a life style choice.
Pre-bk: chike protein shake (need to stop waking up at 4am to work)
BK: low carb bread, scrambled egg whites with Habenero chicken sausage pieces
S: french bread (unplanned, fml - better than a donut?)
L: sundried tomato/basil chicken breast, green beans, fresh strawberries
S: turkey/cheese (and probably more bread unless i find some will power between now and snack time)
D: balsamic vingar marinated chicken (ok i might be over chicken soon - this whole week is chicken, chicken, chicken)
S: protein shake post workout
I plan on running after work, and going for a swim since I feel good physically, but work might drain me before the end of the day so who knows.
