Thank you! I tell everyone that is in your shoes - don't wait for the sleeve. I did and that is my only regret. Live life as if you had it now. Start exercising asap, even if its just walking around the block.... Eat as if you had he sleeve... Do it everyday and you will see results. Every ounce you loose prior to surgery is only going to make life easier on you!!!!

This message was for me.  I'm on the fence, but quickly moving forward from my failed lap band to the gastric sleeve. I just want to make the right choice this time.  The gastric sleeve is looking better and better to me. Congratulations on your sucess and thank you for reaching back to offer encouraging words.

Good luck on your journey - I know you have heard this before, but I want to make sure you realize this is nothing more than a tool. This is all about the mental game. Changing the way we think about food and the relationship we have with it is the only way this works.
