For the Coffee Lovers
Sorry, only got part way through the video. I was googling in another tab and found that parts of what she was stating were down right incorrect. Based on the inconsistencies in her message and what I found online elsewhere combined with recent studies showing a positive impact on our lives, I'm keeping to my 1 - 2 cup a day regimen. With my chocolate/peanut butter protein, 2 oz of 1% milk and a little (1 Tbsp) sugar free sweetener, it makes a good snack. Thanks for sharing though, I'm always into checking these sources of info out.
Ok first thing FIRST...
IF you are LOOKING for something you can find an argument FOR your perspective. I believe this whole heartedly because as Christian as I am...the Bible was used and quotes for why Blacks should be slaves and are inferior.
SOOOOO if I want to find reasons to NOT drink coffee I can...

With that said I have found MANY an article and person to say HOW caffeine CAN affect your body and weight loss etc etc. So much so I have thought about giving it up come the end of 2012. Well an impulse Keurig cups purchase (when I forgot my plan) lead me to have TONS of them come the beginning of the year and being the person I can I "couldn't" let them go to waste. More and more I have been leaning to the GIVE IT UP MS SHELL and just SEEE if there is any validity.
With THAT said. I just ran out of my creamer and I'm going to CRY when I say this, but I am going to GIVE it up for the remaining of March, just to do my OWN experiment and see if I notice something/anything.
UGGGG I hate that I watched this. I think I might cry =(
