Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!!
I went to a Russian wedding back in October (I was one week post op thankfully) and OH MY. The food and vodka was FLOWING. I think my hubby over compensated for my lack of eating/drinking because he didn't feel so great the next morning ;) The good thing is most of the Russian food seems to be pickled vegetables and seafood so not terrible choices overall! Have fun!

I somehow managed a 6lb weight loss this week and I have no idea how. I've just been doing my usual thing and barely worked out! I stepped on the scale FOUR TIMES to make sure it wasn't being wonky but the same number came up every time! Unbelievable!
B: small fuji apple with PB2 greek yogurt dip
L: had a working lunch...arugula salad with grilled chicken
S: turkey pepperoni and a cojack cheese stick
D: going to City Winery tonight for dinner and a show with the hubby. My husband, Joe, works in the music industry so he often has to go to shows and I get to go along for free! The dinner menu for this place looks pretty nice and has some small plates so I will pick from there.
S: maybe SF popsicles depending on when I get home

What I ate yesterday:
B: Protein coffee shake
S: GCS (last bit, going to the store in a few to buy more ingredients)
L: Salmon/Cabbage
S: Almonds
S: Low carb chai latte
S: Protein bar (I know. I already flogged myself over this. I didn't plan well enough for hubby's "procedure" and I had to improvise. I only bought one, so at least there aren't any hanging around the house)
D: Hamburger no bun, peanuts

13 glasses of water

Still on a No exercise thing until Monday. My neck is not a happy place right now.
B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L: 1/3 Queso chicken and veggies
S: string cheese
D: don't know if it is like last night, i didn't have dinner (not good)
It is only 1:30 and I am hungry. This afternoon is going to be rough! I know it is because I screwed up yesterday and tonight is going to be just as busy.
Ugh!
1lb ground sirloin
1 tbs of minced garlic
3 carrots chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
6 oz ****aki mushrooms chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups of baby spinach
Saute the vegetables (except spinach) with meat, salt and pepper to taste with garlic. Once meat is brown throw in the spinach until wilted and incorporated into the hash.
high protein, has some veggies, low carb, you could really use any veggies here if you are afraid of the sugar in the carrots. You could also use a 93/7 ground beef instead of the sirloin which is about 90/10.
L: protein shake w/ ISO 100 choc. + EAS vanilla + 1/2 scoop beneprotein & 1 cup light soy milk. I'm trying to get my protein up.
D: ? Hoping my hubby will meet me somewhere. I have to go to DFW to take daughter to catch a flight. Grilled fish sounds good. ( I'm from a small town & like to take advantage of going into the city when I can).
S: don't know since my husband bought the wrong bullets. I miss my sf bullets.
