B: coffee, About Time Mocha Mint Protein shake (gets about a 6/10 - it was ok, didnt love it)
L: more coffee, chike protein iced coffee shake
D: chike protein iced coffee shake
Im almost over this liquid diet thing simply because it's to F*N cold to be blending shakes with ice when it's snowing outside.
On the other hand, ive managed to "lose" 14 lbs over the last 5 days, and my pants fit again...so not complaining.

Ugh... I'm officially sick but it's beautiful here in the Midwest (meaning the sun is actually out and it's 45*) so I will enjoy it.
B- coffee, sf creamer 1 T
Egg white and diced shrimp
L- tuna mixed with 1/4 T remoulade on cucumbers (could only eat 2???)
S-1/2 quest bar and I had a spoonful of cookie dough (im making chocolate chip and sugar cookies for my family)
D- some sort of seasoned white fish and cauliflower
S- if I'm hungry, 1/3c cottage cheese and sf strawberry preserves
W- behind
X- 3mi walk
