Good luck!  Get up and walk as soon and as often as you can.  Also, I always thought, push the pain pump button and then walk, what??  Totally a great idea.  Bring slippers that are easy to get on and off, with a hard sole, and chapstick. (I'm only a week post-op).

You will do great!
