I don't have pictures but yesterday was my 3 month surgiversary.  I am down 66lbs.  Have gone from a 20/22 pants size to a comfortable 16.  2x tops to an XL.  I have lost 7" from my chest, 4.5" each from my thighs, 6" from my waist, 3" from my hips, 2.1/4" from my biceps, 2 3/4" from my calves and 1/2" from my neck.

I have learned that I am definitely a stress eater.  I am becoming stronger because I have had several challenges recently and I can not turn to food even though I want to.  I have a sister in law in her early 40's who had a heart attack, my daughter went away to boot camp and is now on a medical hold and very upset and my sister had her second miscarriage!

I just know that I have to keep fighting and to take care of myself and even though my daughter probably won't graduate in May, I am still keeping my goal of Onderland by Mother's Day.  My weight loss has slowed in my 3rd month but I just need to keep on top of it and follow the program.

My health is better, I am off everything except my blood pressure medicine and my cpap but I see my doctor later today and hopefully the blood pressure medicine will go away too.  I am being weaned off the cpap.

I am pleased with my overall progress.

Congratulations on being able to stay with the program despite being put to such severe tests.  I sincerely hope that all of the problems in your family will resolve themselves soon.  You will be in my prayers.

Fantastic progress! It's been amazing what we learn about ourselves during this....and I still learn something new everyday whether it's about food, exercise, a head issue, etc.

You're doing great!

I know the C-pap machine is cumbersome and sometimes uncomfortable, but I have decided to like mine and will probably continue to use it even after the need for it passes.  Here is why:  In our modern world there are many pollutants floating in the air we breath.  Pollen is also shot into the air by plants and my C-pap machine filters out some of the contaminants during the hours I use it at night.  I see this each time I change the filter on my machine.  Who knows, maybe breathing cleaner air for a few hours at night will extend my life or perhaps prevent the development of a disease that may be caused by poor air quality.  I am not a doctor or scientist, but having cleaner air for a few hours a day certainly can't hurt me and in the long run may help me.  Just a thought...
