I know that compared to some I lose slowly, but for ME it's been quick, fairly smooth, consistent and DOable, unlike any of the MANY diets I've been on in my lifetime. I'm only 16.6# away from my doctor's goal for me - I find that absolutely staggering. I can't wait to see his face next time I'm in - in about 6 weeks.
