Hi-is anyone using PatchAid vitamins? Do they work? Meaning did anyone have labs done recently and they made a difference?

I went several years using the PatchMD brand vitamins, and my labs were good. Back then they were the only brand of patch vitamins. I stopped using them because the quality slipped -- they just weren't sticking well.

Maybe 2 years ago I started using the PatchAid, but only the Calcium/D3 patch. I use regular vitamins for everything else. I had full labs done in November, at my bariatric program, and everything was good. My D3 was a little high, out of range, but not high enough to alter anything. My bone density scan shows a marked improvement over the last one 5 years ago. The bariatric doc was happy, and had no problems with me using the PatchAid.

I don't know about PatchAid specifically, but for transdermal vitamins in general, they seem to work for some people, but not for others. I've never tried them, although I do have some at home that I got from a conference that I may use for a trip sometime since it's kind of a pain lugging a bunch of vitamins around. Plus if I'm one of those for whom they don't work that well, a few days or a week isn't going to be a problem.

Thank you so much for your response. I was thinking the same, so much more convenient to travel with them... but only if they work. I will give them a shot and then have labs run.

you will likely need to use them for several months to be able to tell if they are working for you, before labs. Good luck!
