My abs hurt today.
It's awesome!
Also as I tried to fall asleep last night, I noticed I have hip bones.

Isn't if fun! I loved it!
Side rant --- I am so bummed because my aqua zumba instructor (very cute young dancer) got a job on a cruise ship (hooray for her!), and the class was replaced with an aqua cardio class that is the most boring class I've ever been in, and the instructor treats the class like children. Most of them are old enough to be her grandparents (LOL -- I think I'm just old enough to be her mother!).
She reprimands the guys in the back when they ask each other a question - -No talking! You should be working so hard you can't talk! Actually, they are not disturbing anyone, since the music is so loud - her reprimanding them is what interrupt the class! LOL. She also got to class right on time, then told everyone they needed belts and weights, but no introduction -- just the you should have these on before the class starts! Really? So she starts by "reprimanding" the class about not having their belts on, and suggests that everyone get out of the pool to put on their belts. Most people just looked at like she was nuts and put their hand out so she could hand them a belt.
So, I expect I'll be doing a solo water workout in the future before that class! Thank goodness for my waterproof nano! And for the Tuesday Zumba class that I can pretty much keep up with !
Dani - Yes I did. It was a lot of fun. I am trying to find somewhere that has it on another day. The Abington Y only has it on Wednesday nights and my daughter just started playing soccer on Wednesday nights.

I need to find an aqua zumba that is nearby!

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
