"snack" yeah right =)  So far I have these little tuna cups and a couple quest bars.  Going to go buy some RTD shakes from the Vitamin Shoppe and the rest will be a FRENZY (not quite) but yeah =)

How about some almonds too, these would be a good couple of days to load up on some healthy fats, especially if you are planning to do some walking.

OK Keith, I am expecting my Quest shipment of 12 Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bars today.  Do they trigger you???  I have already been telling some friends they can have some.  I'm afraid to be in the presence of these bars.  I just might want to eat them all in one day!!!  Please say they are not as divine as I keep hearing!!!

Well if you have been deprived of sweets then you will like them, but you get enough ice coffee that they may not be as great as they are made out to be. I don't think they taste all that great. Don't get me wrong, i think they are good and particularly good as far as protein bars go. But compared to chocolate chip cookie dough you will not be thinking holy cow you just ate some real cookie dough.

They have a great amount of fiber in them so overall they are good for us. I try to stick to about one a week though as I think we get better protein absorption from shakes.

BTW, glad to see you choking down some protien shakes. I have been using little packets of instant Starbuck and mixing it with my new VP2 Chocolate Protein (low cal, high protein, great taste) and basically getting a chocolate mocha iced coffee. The protein come out pretty thin so if you use you 1/2 milk 1/2 water combo and pour it over ice, you would in essence have you protein iced coffee.

To me they are so so...have you tried the other (Quest) I usually order from the company and get the "sample" box.

Depending on YOUR addiction it may or may not be a trigger.  

No matter how "good" a good for you food it, it doesn't matter I won't binge on them, but give me a BAD for you not so good tasting food and I'm in HOG HEAVEN.
