I just ordered yesterday so hopefully that online coupon code will work but I am a big time bargain shopper and whenever I shop online, I always google coupon codes.  A lot of times you can get 20% off an order or get free shipping so it makes it worthwhile to order online. 

Yes!!!  Gary Belzberg was my surgeon.  Ms. Shell has the same surgeon too but I have heard of Dr. Zane.  Dr. Hollywood (Mary) has your same surgeon (she's not really active on these boards lately).  I think I saw my surgeon 3 times only.  10 days before surgery, the day of surgery (oh, I gotta count recovery days too), & 2 weeks post-op.  I was sleeved at Harbor City too!!!
