Happy Hump Day Ms. Shell, sad as hell, no humping for me, LOL!!!  BUT I am down .5 pounds as of yesterday, yay!!!

I had my iced coffee on the way to work with my own brewed coffee, Splenda, & 1/2 cup of Hood CC 2% milk!

B: Habanero Monterey Jack Chicken Sausage

S: 25 calorie "diet" hot chocolate

L: Chicken Caesar Salad (hold the yummy croutons please!)

S: Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar (luckily these are not triggering me yet & I am in love with them!)

D: either a cappuccino latte shake or I'll stop by KFC for some grilled chicken, depends how hungry I am!

Water & Vits: I'm on it!

Happy Hump Day!  I think I have a stomach virus. Going light with liquids so far today. Sipping protein shake and crystal light.

Got 1/2 vitamins in and walked/jogged on treadmill this morning.
