Not the stalls, not the head hunger, not the occasional foamies.....but the constipation!! UGH!!
I have graduated to double doses of miralax daily and then to MOM. Tried fiber and extra water and ended up with concrete stools. I eat vegetables, flax seed, Metamucil wafers with 2 cups of coffee every morning, drink green tea - still very constipated. I do not want to continue taking "laxitives". Any other "all natural" remedies? Prunes have way too many carbs....

ever since i started eating my home made high protein granola (mainly oatmeal , crushed walnut protein powder, ect. ) in my vanilla yogurt daily.  I usually eat 1/2  vanilla Greek yogurt in am with small bar crumbled in my yogurt and then later I eat the other 1/2 Greek yogurt with a small bar crumbled in the yogurt i have no problems with constipation and i go on a regular daily bases.  I hope this helps.  If your interested in this recipe i can give it to you or you could just eat some oatmeal daily.  I have never liked yogurt but i eat this 2xs daily with my granola could not eat it with out the crunchy granola.    The oatmeal has the fiber you need.  best of luck.

I would love to have your recipe.  I need more fiber and would prefer homemade.

Not sure if you are lactose intolerant, but I have found a skinny mocha or something with milk helps get me going...although I hate the bloat, it does the trick

I use Prunelax.  You can get these at the drugstore or online --- are they considered a real laxative?  They seem all natural to me?

A daily probiotic may help, from what I've read on the boards. Good luck!!!
