Congratulations Sarah!  You are doing awesome and look terrific.  I am a month behind you and our stats are simaler. I would LOVE to be below 180 at month 5.  I know what you mean about goal. It has been so long since I was below 150 that it seems like uncharted territory.  Doc says 140, but 150 sounds pretty nice.  Guess we will just have to see what happens when we get there!

You look great, not weird at all! I like the new glasses too.

I think your weight loss is fine. It would be different if you were making excuses and sneaking junk food and not really exercising. But you workout and keep your carbs low and protein high and that's really all you can do, IMO.

I also don't see any evidence that you have tiny bones like I do. Do you have an idea of what your frame size is? That will help with a goal weight. I have always known I had tiny bones and a small-ish frame so I knew the normal BMI was realistic for me. But I had to get down to an 18% body fat to get down to a BMI of 21 and that is a VERY low body fat % and most people aren't going to get that low. It's just not realistic. I couldn't maintain it, myself, not even training for an Ironman.
