Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday...
I'm currently home and cleaning and packing for my weekend in San Diego. Making sure I have EVERYTHING I need for Half Marathon Sunday. Not like I'm going to be in a third world country where I can't get access to what I need if I forget, but I just want to be ready. I'll be back to totally EDIT this...or not! I'm holding off on eating because well my boyfriend called and mentioned brunch, but NOW that doesn't look like it's gonna happy...and I have a "friend" who I'm supposed to be having Lunch with. Oh such is the life, lol.
So my honey loves shopping so we ended up at Whole Foods and he bought me a half pound of their beef brisket, I am in LOVE!!

E - out of commission today with neck pain. 5k on Sunday night.
Keith, eat more protein and a touch more fat today. That should get you past the hunger and the fatigue. Sorry you are struggling a bit today, I have days like that too and have had to learn to modify my eating to support feeling better. I have other days when food is really unappealing to me and I reduce my food intake dramatically on those days without any issues. As we get further out, it becomes easier to "hear" what our bodies need most.

L: chicken patty from TJ and my favorite eggplant sauce ( I use this to moisten my food and I love the flavor).
