I was kind of interested in seeing people my height, and around my weight, to kind of see/get an idea of what ill look like..is that weird? I look at before and afters and always try to find body types similar heart  5'2/ 260

im also curious about tylenol/aleve/whatever after surgery...if i get a headache, can i just take an aleve like pre-op? or do we switch to liquid or have to 1/2 the pill etc..I asked on my surgeons forum but no one is really talking lately

Your not weird!  I always think that too.  I'm 5'3/ 256.  Can't wait to have my surgery.  Aleve is a NSAID and I think your not allowed to have them after surgery.  You can have Tylenol.  I don't like Tylenol, it doesn't do much for me.  I'm going to ask my doctor about other non-narcotic pain meds that is stronger than Tylenol.  Good luck with everything!!

You'll find that after losing weight and getting on a healthier eating plan, headaches will lessen. I used to get migraines every week. Then I quit all sodas and caffeine and bam! Headaches were gone! This was all pre-op too!

I found the same thing. I had headaches that made me call in sick to work, lights and sound made it intensify...I've had 2 like that in the past 2.5 years. I do still take Aleve for cramps and muscle aches. Tylenol never did anything for me either.

I'm a little taller than you at 5'3 and started out at 266.  Here's a cool photo collage I did of a before and several afters.  Hope it helps.  BTW, I'm 2.5 years out...

On the headache question, I used my liquid lortab for any pain after surgery ****il it ran out).  Check with your surgeon for recommendations.  My prefers that I take Tylenol, but said the occasional NSAID is okay, just not chronically.  I don't have a lot of pain anymore, so I just take the Tylenol and it usually does the trick.

Good luck on June 24th!!!!  You're going to LOVE your sleeve!

you need to go to a foundation shop and get fitted for a proper sized bra 80% of women where the wrong size, plus the foundation shop will alter it to fit you, part of the price and you will look and feel much better
