Any other sugar addicts out there?
I bid it high..... probably won't get it..... had to put the "fattie factor" in there......cost more to put those things in front of me..... someone has to pay for the weight gain.....right?

Hi,
yes, me, me, and me! So totally addicted, just when I think I have kicked one habit another one comes creeping up around the corner. "Potatos not Prozac" is an excellent book that really explains sugar addiction in a very non judgemental way, I think it is a excellent book. Not sure the diet would work since Potatos have a lot of carbs but her research is fascinating. If you like to read I would highly recommend it.

Ahhhhhhh, SUGAR. Yes. I am fully addicted. As the ol' saying goes, "One is too many, and 1,000 is never enough".
For the past month or so I was on an elimination diet of no dairy, so I switched to a Soy protein drink. My Milk-based protein drinks were made with Stevia, and the Soy was made with Fructose (sugar). I really noticed my cravings for sugar went through the roof when I was drinking the Fructose shake every morning. Now, I am back on dairy and need to get rid of the Soy protein powder.
