Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
Hey all you crazy carb people. It's a HOT topic I see...smh...find what works for YOU and be OPEN to what works for another!! I live in Hawthorne and work in downtown LA. There are 2 Northbound freeways that I COULD take to get to work. One takes a little longer but hey if I want the scenic route I take one way, if I want a more direct route I take another way. Bottom line, I take the ROUTE that works for ME because in the end when I'm away from OH and have to decide what to eat, I am the ONLY one there to make that decision and to LIVE the life I CHOOSE to live. How I get to work, what I eat is about MY choice!!! And on THAT note...today and I CHOOSE to eat Popeyes (yup it's Tuesday)
B: Protein Shake (1 1/2 cups Almond Milk; 1 1/2 scoops Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte)
S: Coffee; 1/2 Atkins bar
L: Cilantro Lime Chicken; Mashed Cauliflower
S: EDIT: FML 2 pieces of California Roll; 5 Guys French Fries and now NO Popeyes
D: Sauted Shrimp & Swiss Chard
Water: 8/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Kettlebells; 2 miles

B: half a fiber one english muffin with two tbsp peanut butter
L: leftover skinnytaste baked chicken parm with a little homemade polenta and roasted veggies on the side
S: organic popcorn
D: baked ranch pork chops with one Mrs. T mini perogie and some kind of greenery
S: popsicles, but maybe a scoop of edy's slow churned ice cream that I bought for my hubby...damn TOM
Fluid: ok...my throat is killing me today :(

B: iced coffee & later ... 2 ounces of chicken breast, 1 slice of muenster cheese
S: dammit, I forgot my almond milk for my chike shake what do I do know?
L: I didn't bring one ... smaaaaaart ... hum .... maybe just my starkist tuna packet ..gawd how boring! I am literally over chicken right now ... it's all I've been eating. I would kill for some blackened tilapia... we'll see. I'm coming in here to EDIT ... I ended up with a YUMMY small cobb salad w/lo cal italian dressing, yum!
S: I don't want my snack stuff of string cheese & light salami ... I'm over the lunch meat. Maybe a quest bar. I'm just ticked I didn't plan ahead for this...
I think I'll stop here ... why am I even posting on here if I am not prepared???

This is completely weird but not even bad food sounds good and why does going to my local vitamin shoppe to get a RTD protein drink sound good??? I just want more coffee today!!!

B1 - 6 Egg white bites ~ Complicated recipe: One tbsp of liquid egg whites in mini muffin tin. Bake for a while. Done. YUM!
B2 - Iced Protein latte ~ Complicated recipe: Dump Tall Skinny Mocha latte into bottle with 4 oz Choc Premier Protein
L.... Turkey Ragu ~ Complicated recipe: 6 oz cooked lean ground turkey, 1/2 c fave spag sauce (Rao's!!), 1 oz sauteed onions (3-4 servings)
S... Chicken / veg
D... Haddock/ veg
S... Protein shake
W & V - goooooood
X - 15 min on the dreadmill this morning before work and I'll do another walk at lunch today
