Dear Lovely Gabby!!!

Happy one year "Surgy" to you!  You've done such a great job reaching your surgeon's goal in one year and your personal goal, too!  We won't quibble over that one pound LOL  It's probably gone now anyway!!!

You've been a wonderful friend through this process and have supported and encouraged so many of us along the way.  We are lucky to have you to walk this journey with.  Your sweet disposition and cheerful attitude have helped tremendously.

Don't go into hiding now that you're ready to start maintenance...........we need you here!  I know you're going to do just as well in maintenance as you did in weight loss phase!!!  Now go get it, Hon!
