Do you mean egg bites from "the world according to Eggface" website?

There's the one's on Eggface's site www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com

And there's mine which is simple. Buy liquid egg whites. Spray mini muffin tin (I use cheap tinfoil one 1 found at the dollar store) with olive oil. Put 1 tbsp of egg white in each muffin 'hole'. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15-18 min.
Voilà! Easy peasy! And of course you could add cheese, chicken, veggies, etc..., but I like them plain. Low cal and high protein. I can eat 6 per serving.

Why would you break your meat?  That just seems wrong in so many ways ... lol.
