Understanding: Notes for Newbies and Vets

I sure appreciate your posts. I have learned so much from you and other vets, and your posts never disappoint. I understand what you mean when you say that you are a fat man in a size 32. I am a fat woman in a size small or 6. I still struggle with trying on clothes that I know are too big, but my brain just hasn't kept pace with my body. When I saw the photos of me in the skating dress, it was hard to catch the fact that that person in the photo is me. I may look skinny on the outside, but it is hard for me to see it when I look in the mirror. It is good to know that I'm not alone. Thanks again for sharing.

Thanks for sharing your wisdom.  I am still working on the head part, and it is the harder battle to win than the weight loss part.
