Today is my rest day so I am about to go on a 3 mile run, eat some lunch, get a little work done and the going to watch the Dolphin Game tonight.

The hubs & I are going to hike/bike a local trail today.  Hiking a little over 6 miles and then biking about 13 miles.  We're "training" for this fall....we're going to hike about 14 miles and bike over 20.  I'd do it tomorrow...the hubs is more realistic lol!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Just did my 45 min elliptical,4 sets side leg lifts, 110 kettlebell squats, 20 min stretches.

Increased my level on elliptical and burned 80 additional calories.

Not MY will, but HIS. Not MY time, but HIS.

6 mile run this evening at the beach can't think of a better place to log some mileage...and the husband is coming with, so it should be fun!

I'm late getting on here today but had am awesome day of workouts! Walked the track my longest distance yet! Then went swimming, did upper body exercises and just got back from a long walk...still may try to squeeze in some squats! Have a great week everybody!
