How cool is that!?  The "sad girl" went away...bye-bye, sad girl.  Hello beautiful runner-chick!  Sounds like a spectacular transformation on the inside- for sure, we can see it on the outside.  Well done- I know you'll finish the race!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Beautiful!  Amazing job!  Love the blonde hair.  Enjoy the blessings.  Counseling did a world of good for me.  Really made me appreciate my life, instead of always thinking I was worse off than others.

Still hard work to get to goal and maintenance, but you are right on track!  Keep up the great work!
