Lavash flatbread can be incorporated into your plan if the numbers work for you. The great thing is that the pack of Lavash freezes well.

This was good.... heck... I haven't had a bad Lavash Pizza yet !!!!

- Grilled Chicken bits.
-Spinach
-Onions
-Tomato's
-Fresh Mozz
-Crimini Mushrooms
-Radish Sprouts
-Sauce

Lavash is 5"x8" = 10 carbs

I eat half.......5 carbs

Frisco, what is your opinion on this versus something like that pizza casserole that Keith posted yesterday? I know your lavish might have more carbs but the casserole definitely more fat. Ms. Shell is right though, any recipe can be tweaked so I do know both can work. I wanna try both, eventually... I think I want to hold off for now both look delish & I do know a lot of must miss pizza or pizza tasting things...

Although these are not Cafe Frisco postings........

My guidelines for Cafe Frisco posting are:

- 200 cals max

- Under 10 grams carbs

- 2-3oz. protein

If I follow these guidelines the fat count falls into a reasonable amount.

Proper portions of these Lavash pizzas should fall into these guidelines. (I can't speak for the casserole...... looks like way to many fat cals)

It was a lot of fat. I didn't really think it through before I posted it. I got if off a low carb site and it just sounded good. Might have been hungry when I read it. I took some heat for the recipe.

Excited to try these.  A health store near me carries the gluten free millet lavash flat bread.  Going to give it a try.  Thanks!

I wish I would have had this for my Recipe of the Day posting. I have lavash bread or crackers a couple of times. It would work great for pizza. This looks really good!
