This is how easy, fast, delicious and on plan a meal can be.

I'm still eating this as I post.......

Sauteed mushrooms and zucchini topped with cold diced rotisserie chicken....Soy sauce/Coleman mustard dipping sauce.

No frills, clean eating..... so easy.....(I'm so into mushrooms right now !)

Chopped, cooked, plated, photographed and posted inside of 10 minutes.

That looks so good, and it's an on-plan meal.

Someday you must impart to me the secret of cooking zucchini without burning it.  For that matter, you must impart to me the secret of cooking everything without burning it.

That looks good.  I love rotisserie chicken.  Just pick one up already cooked, and use if for meals all week!

Why does some of that stuff on top look like bacon?! Is that chicken skin or is my mind playing tricks on me?!
BTW I did go to my very first eye appt. today & yes I need glasses so that could very well explain why I cannot see!
But as usual of course it all looks yummy!!

That is full on chicken skin...... your mind seems fine.... for now....

I can have that in maintenance...... the rest of the dish is pretty low fat..... just shouldn't have cheese on chicken skin..... or stuff like fatty gravy.
