10 months out - eating a lot more than I used to
Hi there, thank you all for your input. Many of you have hit an area that I need to work on, whether it be drinking my calories, controlling carbs, or just getting rid of the junk (crackers). Many of you asked how I could get to 543 before lunch, I have posted a typical day down below...the irony is that I do track (not as consistently) but I do eat way better than I used to, although sometimes I use that as an excuse to eat more as well.
