Hi there, thank you all for your input. Many of you have hit an area that I need to work on, whether it be drinking my calories, controlling carbs, or just getting rid of the junk (crackers).  Many of you asked how I could get to 543 before lunch, I have posted a typical day down below...the irony is that I do track (not as consistently) but I do eat way better than I used to, although sometimes I use that as an excuse to eat more as well.          December 9, 2013 FOODS Breakfast Unjury - Protein - Chocolate Splendor, 1 scoop 100 Milk - Reduced fat, 2% milkfat, 4 fl oz 61 Starbucks - Tazo Chai Tea Latte - Tall - 2% Milk, 12 oz 190 Snack Pure Protein-updated - Revolution Chocolate Peanut Caramel (50g), 1 bar 19     Lunch Cottage cheese - Lowfat, 2% milkfat, 4 oz 102 Cuties - Mandarin Orange, 0.5 SMALL 19 Generic - Cantaloupe (5), 0.25 cup 14 Sushi - California Sushi Roll, 1 pieces 18   Snack Nabisco Wheat Thins - *Wheat Thins - Reduced Fat, 8 crackers 65 Pub Cheese - Sharp Cheddar Spread, 2 T 80 Dinner Homemade - Cheese Enchilada, 0.5 enchilada 145 Zico - Pure Coconu****er, 8 oz  43 Homemade - Cheeseburger Without Bun, 1/4 pound 317 TOTAL: 1,344

Waaaaay too many carbs. Wow. Cut back a lot on the carbs and focus more on protein (and not protein bars) and vegetables. Just my opinion. I'm in maintenance at 11 months and you are eating significantly more carbs than I am (if that is your typical day). Good luck.
