I'm IN ONEDERLAND AND I JOINED A GYM
Hello, today I joined a gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill (at my before weight, I could only do 5-8 minutes). AND I weighed myself finally and am at 190. I haven't been under 200 in 30 years. I'm ecstatic, but still don't feel safe being so close to the 200 mark.

Congratulations, just think next year you will be a completely different person. I love saying that, I read it everyday from Nikki earlier post. Focus on all the things you can do now like the 30 minutes on the treadmill, being able to walk up stairs , sitting in booths.. etc.. these things will help us stay away from the 200 mark. Never go back
