Not a good day....
I started out well, soft boiled egg for breakfast. Lunch was a different story. I had some strained chicken noodle soup with a few crackers. That's like no protein but extra carbs.
The weather we are having here is a test of the strongest. It looks like we are going to be out of school for 5 straight days. It's too cold and dangerous to get out and exercise. I'm stuck here at home....blah!
