Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!
I am 4wks postop. I've been on softs for about 10 days. I've been eating peanut butter since then. I know a lot of people have warned me away from peanut butter, but I cannot stand that PB2 stuff. I measure my peanut butter and I only have 1 TBS in a day, so I don't think that's gonna break the bank.
breakfast: salmon
Lunch: stuffed green pepper
Dinner: parmesan chicken
Vitamins - done
Water - yup
Exercise - recumbent bike

Had a 4hr. meeting this morning so I ate some different stuff...
B-Thin Triscuits, Cheese stick, 1 egg yellow & 3 egg whites, 2 ritz crackers, bite of smoked chicken sag. *over the course of 4 hours*
L-Spinach salad w/ cranberries, bluecheese crumbles, peppers, 1/2 Lean hamburger
S- Protein shake, greek yog.
D-Chicken thigh baked and fresh green beans
S-Veggie sticks (maybe)
Vits-Yes
Exerc-egy 2 hours
Water- Always need more
