Business Trip SV

I woke up this morning to a nice 3+ lb loss in the past week. I had my first business trip in the new job and I would give myself a B- on eating, a B+ on exercise, an A on stress reduction, and A- on sleep. Despite a team drinking outing and my first donut hole in 18 months and an epic failure involving a pop tart experiment I still lost weight.

Great NSV Keith!  Those business trips are so hard with all the eating and drinking opportunities mixed in with late lates and stress.  Awesome results!

The trick is to do what you do on your trip what you do at home. I took a shaker bottle with me for protein shakes. I got up early and worked out as best I could for an hour. I ate protein first. I did the team drinking thing and the breakfast yesterday was donuts and I did have a donut hole. But the point was I stuck with my routine or as close as I could. Good luck, ping me if you start to struggle.

Now, I think that, first, you need to figure out WHY you ate the donut hole...

JUST KIDDING! I couldn't resist ;) Sometimes a donut hole is just a donut hole!

WTG on the loss. Business trips can be tricky with all of the compulsory eating out. Way to make it work!

Hey Keith, I think you could give yourself an A+ for that business trip. It is a little bit of a challenge to stay on track when you're not at home. So, the fact that you lost 3+lbs, AWESOME!!!!!!
