The Valley of the Shadow of Death

At 3 months out, I had my first time real test...my teenager was making a grilled cheese sandwich and the smell of it filled the house.  It was snowing,  an indoors kind of day and that comfort food smell lured me out of my room and I got through the urge by watching him eat it. I know that sounds strange but I've noticed myself doing that lately..watching them eating something and enjoying it. Good for them. They ate the calories and have to deal with it, not me. Hah!
