I Almost Lost It!
My daughter coaches a junior varsity girls basketball team and I went to one of their games last night. One of the parents came back and sat next to me and was eating cheesy fries. No fries are a BIG downfall for me. The smell was wafting towards me and the cheese was all melty on them. It was all I could do not to put my hand in her dish and grab some! But I didn't. LORD I miss my fries!

Sometimes I have to walk out of the room to get away from the smell and the visual of my favorite bad foods. After about 5 minutes of distraction and maybe a glass of water then I'm fine. We will never be fully cured from our food addiction. We just have to make the right choices.
Oh, it's the smells---the smells that sometimes drive me crazy. Call your mom and thank her that she provided you with some good home training! One should'nt grab up fries without being invited to first!
