Some of these sounded good and I'll be trying them this week. BTW adding cottage cheese to protein shakes is a great way to add some casein protein to your diet.

They look yummy, especially the chocolate peanut butter shake.  I'm worried about the calories.  When I only have 750 daily, 400 cal shake is over half my daily calories. Any ideas on how to lower some of the calories?

A couple actually. I have to go back and look at the actual recipes but these are for bodybuilders so my guess is they come out pretty big, cutting the ingredients in half would be a good place to starrt. These are also post-workout shakes so they are meant to be a bit higher in calories and carbs. So I would also trim back some of the sweet stuff. For the chocolate peanut butter I would use PB2, that will cut a bunch of cals right off the bat.

That being said if you are truly using this as a post-workout shake and given our smaller stomachs, cutting the size and leaving the cals the way they are will only help you, not hurt you.
