PCP FINALLY Signed Release
My initial consultation was on 12/9/13 and the release docs were faxed to my PCP on 12/10. My surgeon's office called me on 1/10 to tell me that they got the docs back from the PCP but she hadn't signed them. I called the PCP and she said that I needed to come in. Went in last Wednesday with forms in hand. She took my bp and listened to my heart and then signed the paper. What the heck? Was that necessary? Why couldn't she have just signed the first set of papers?
In any event, they're signed and now I am waiting to schedule my EKG. Have orders for the blood work but I was told to wait later on to get that done. I'm on my way to the loser bench though, and CAN'T WAIT!
