Pureed breakfast ideas?

I'm at a loss.. I need to have breakfast but I'm putting it off because I have NO idea what to "eat" in this pureed food stage.  Should I just make some chicken? :)

I love Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt - lots of yummy flavors, 12 grams of protein, and only 80 calories.  Cottage cheese is also good (try it even if you think you don't like it - tastes change after surgery).

Also, lightly scramble an egg with a splash of milk - do not overcook it - it should be still glistening when you take it off the heat (remember, eggs continue to cook after you turn off the stove).  I add fresh chives or some grated smoked cheese if I really want a treat.

I'm not allowed eggs yet, or this would be super easy!  I absolutely hated cottage cheese... so if I'm going to try it again, should I mix something with it to make it taste better?  Any suggestions on that?

I hated cottage cheese too honestly!  But I have been eating it everyday since I started the puree stage after surgery.  I have been buying the Friendship brand 1% milkfat small curd.  Really high in protein and I don't mind the taste at all!

Try ricotta cheese.  If you blend it smooth and add Splenda and vanilla it is delicious.

You can always do ricotta cheese.

I would mix sugar free jello and cottage cheese together to make a chiffon.   2  small pack of SF  JELLO , 1 cup ho****er  mix,  add 1 cup cold water , let set for a little while although I never would just put in blender with the container of cottage blend until smooth put in too ziplock one cup container, place in fridge  until set....  45 calories 7 gram of protein 3 carb 0 fat if using fat free cottage cheese.  Sort of like key lime pie, or dreamciscle when I used orange flavor jello

I absolutely hated cream of wheat prior to surgery but they gave it to me before I came home and I now look forward to it with cinnamon.  Try anything that sounds appealing even if it's not traditional"breakfast" food.  Who cares what time of day it is.
