Just keepin it real.... this is what I'm eating right now.

Left over pork medallions over sautéed spinach with a couple of mozzarella balls served on a paper plate and plastic fork...... 

Reality!!!

You can make a paper plate look like fine china. Of course that has a lot to do with your cooking.

Mmmm... all you need is a little tomato, basil and balsamic glaze. :-)
