7 1/2 Months post op still stalled.

I have been stalled for 2 1/2 almost 3 months now. I am stuck between 147 and 149. I have been working out 5 days a week for 1 hour boxing & kickboxing. I eat around 1000 calories, 100 protein and 60 carbs a day. I try to drink water all day. I do drink black coffee 2 times a day on average. Anyone else have a 3 month stall? Did it ever break? How?
First..... You have done excellent !!!!
My opinion is that your going to have to cut the calories to lose the last weight.
I've seen it a million times now and is the most common question I get.
This is very typical of the 1000-1200 cal programs.
1000-1200 cals is the start point for maintenance for most that make goal.
The few that seem to be able to make goal o higher cals tend to be taller....6'+
Try for one solid 7 day week a VERY "on point" 600 cal a day with carbs below 40 and I think your question will be answered. This is what I had to do to lose the last weight also.
Otherwise..... your done and in maintenance.
Hope this helps !

I was stalled for two months and my NUT told me its because I don't have that much more to lose and I have been exercising a lot and adding muscle. She told me to put away the scale keep doing what I am doing (600-700 calories per day), and as long as my clothes keep falling off and I am losing inches, I am on the right track. I know it's frustrating when the pounds don't come off, but that's the way it is. All of a sudden, I started losing around 1.5 lbs a week (not a lot but so much better than nothing). I look good, feel good and I am healthy (Doc told me not to take BP meds any more. So be patient and, I think, cut the calories.
