I'm not sure I can get the stats from the market.  I wanna see if I can look up something similar online because it's simply delish!  It's just raw broccoli with tiny pieces of bacon bits (not a lot but enough for flavor), tiny pieces of cashews, & red onion.  It is mixed with something kinda creamy I think but what caught my eye was the mixture just seemed enough to keep the ingredients together.  I might google something like this or experiment on making something myself ... maybe with all the same ingredients except make with a greek yogurt dip to mix it all together.  I only eat about 1/2 cup.

Afternoon everyone -- this weekend is going too fast

B - chike

S - string cheese & clementine

L - quinoa cheesy chicken bake (this came right back up, so I guess nothing for lunch.  I'm not sure why as I've had this before, but I took my vitamins right before lunch, so that could be it)

S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries

D - chili

S - pistachios

E - 3 mile run + yoga + rollerblading (taking my son out to the forrest preserve)

W - on track

V - took them, but threw up afterwards...  Calcium tonight

Happy Sunday all,

B-premier protein rtd blended with 4 frozen strawberries

S-1 slice 12 grain toast with a touch of butter & grape jam

L-salad mix with turkey salami, kidney beans, red onion and a sprinkle of grated cheese with ff dressing

S-light & fit greek yogurt

D-grilled chicken with veggies

W-no. I will get some after I post

V- not taking right now. Except vit. D. All my blood work is good without the vitamins so doc says to leave them out right now.

E- in a bit. Have to walk the dogs. May work on the garden in between laundry loads

B:  1 slice black forest bacon (so good) and cheesy scrambled eggs (2 teaspoons)

S:  another piece of the bacon :)

L:  1/2 chike with SF raspberry syrup and flax/almond milk

D:  grilling bratwurst and ahi, so I'll try to have a bite of each while I look longingly at my family's roasted artichokes and asparagus.

E: nope, hit it hard yesterday and will again tomorrow

V:  not yet

W:  2 cups, slow start since we slept in.

Happy Sunday - rainy day here in AL but I love the rain

Before breakfast - 2 cups decaff cracker barrel coffee each w/1splenda packet & a little 1%milk

B - 1 cup of that left-over tuna breakfast casserole that I made on Friday-it's finally gone & 1 low fat cheese stick

S - Vanilla protein shake with 1/2 banana mixed with 1cup 1% milk

L - skipped it not hungry

D - Left-over spinach, bacon crumble, canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth & rotisserie chicken pureed in blender soup consistency

Got in all my vits but just now finished at 3p.m. still have to take a crushed up estroven type supplement or I'll be moody

Need to get in more water, I skip exercising on Sundays so just laundry today & watching the rain.

My meals are going to look strange because I'm night shift these 2 weeks.

B - Chicken Tikka Masala

L - Ham

D - Pepperoni Chicken

I've had 2 c of coffee, already, and will have at least one more before midnight - I'll probably make it a protein coffee.

Vitamins - finished

Exercise - 30 minute walk/run on 1% incline on treadmill - 142 cals.

Water - finished - drank a ton from midnight to 6 to keep me awake.  shouldn't really say finished because I'm still sipping - but I've hit my intake goal for the day.
