Shameful pictures

You look great don't let anyone tell you not to post a picture of yourself congrats on your weight loss again you look great and I also look at all the before and after i can find because I think it is very inspirational congrats!!!! Dawn

Ignore this person, you look fantastic. What is shameful is this person's behavior - they truly need to get a life.

Thank you everyone! I truly feel like her self esteem is low, I am praying for her because I know what that feels like! I just hope she can take this site and use it to better herself! I wouldn't be healthy and happy today had I not found this site and all of you!

I think posting it was a bold move that probably benefitted many of the women followers here.

As people move through the stages of this process it helps them to see reference points on what to expect.

I know it was a MAJOR help to me when others, who were further along than I was, posted update pics.

So, send them back a message from me:

"Relax and take a chill pill.  If those pictures are the worst thing you've seen on the internet then congratulate yourself because you've lived a very sheltered life."

GIRL PLEASE! I often-times look at the recent photos for inspiration & you inspired me today.  There is NOTHING shameful about your picture, you're beautiful & confident.  Perhaps the person trying to bring you down can't find this confidence.  You're not naked you're just rocking a swim suit.  YOU GO!

I didn't see your bathing suit pic but please don't apologize.  You have every right to post pics of yourself.  I am sure you looked amazing!!  Keep rocking the bathing suit, girl!

I do the same as you did and am HAPPY that people feel so free to show us their results!  It is part of the strength we get that we will need to go through this journey...to know we will look better.  If she is offended, click on something else.  Don't give her another thought!
