Yah, when I am reading posts, it IS important to know how far out the poster is...luckily , a person can figure out my "timeline " by looking at my signature. That is why I have left it- a little bulky, but importantant!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I got this response too so will hope for the best.
