Frisco- Insalata Uovo Fritto (fried egg on salad)

So..... My first impression was that this sounded a little weird on the menu at Sandra Bullock's "Bess Bistro" in Austin TX

We ordered it and it was fabulous !!!

Egg, pork and cheese together..... Check

Wilted spinach....... love it.... Check

looks fabulous.  once had an appetizer - a layer of crab meat, a little goat cheese and topped with a coddled egg.  a well prepared egg is a thing of beauty and your photo is wonderful.  d

Looks fantastic! Never would have thought to put a fried egg atop a salad!
