Whatcha eating today VSGers??? Thursday! (which is almost Friday!)

It's been a while since I've posted, but love checking in for accountability. Here goes. FYI, I'm a 6 small meals kind of gal.
B: 6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk/ 6 oz. water mixed with 1 scoop chocolate Muscletech protein powder and 1 tbsp. PB2; 5 or 6 seedless red grapes.
S: 3 medium strawberries and a cheese stick; coffee (w/ sweet 'n' low and 2 tbsp. light cream).
L: Half-size Wendy's Asian Cashew Chicken salad (Really good on-the-go option. At nearly 2 years post-op I can eat most of it, but couldn't quite finish. 230 calories/19 protein including the cashews and the dressing.)
S: Will be stopping for iced coffee. I've started going to Cumberland Farms of all places where I can make it myself. 2 tbsp. of light cream and 2 sweet 'n' low + 2 squirts of sf coconut and caramel flavoring. About 75 calories. Yummo. And an Oikos 0% blueberry GY.
D: Going out for dinner tonight at sort of a "family style" diner. They serve breakfast all day so I'm thinking of having an omelet or just a couple slices of bacon w/ scrambled eggs.
S: I've been on a kick with the Oikos GY dips at night. So probably Oikos GY cucumber dill dip w/ some raw veggies (broccoli, baby carrots and cuke slices).
Liquids: Better than usual.
Vits: Good, will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Not today. Just work all day and then dinner out with the fam.
I can not lose a lbs to save my life! Seems like the harder I try, the harder it is. I am sooo close to yet so far to onderland.
Pre-B - Protein drink - needed something before my bike ride to work.
B - egg beaters & coffee with creamer
S - Light & Fit GY
L - ham roll-ups with 1 LC cheese and 1/4 cup salad
S - turkey roll-up
D - tempora chicken from trader joes.
V - on track
W - behind
X - 12.22 bike ride to and from work then agility with dog tonight.

B: Inside of a paned soufflé - no bread. It was delightful!
L: 2 oz of baked tilapia (tortilla crusted tilapia from Costco) and 1 fork of creamed spinach
D: 2 oz baked salmon OR a protein shake - probably the shake since protein is an issue
W - on track
V- On track
E - Not much - energy still low at almost 3 weeks post op…. Interested inn biking and pilates..
I went to my first support group last night...not what I was expecting. I'll give it a few more tries as well. It gave me the impression I might want to look around the area for other groups.

lol - All your daily menu's would have made me frown a month ago. Now I can't wait to eat like that!
Yeah.... I feel that way about my support group. I'm going to check out the local OA meeting and see if it's better and then I think I'll stick to OH and my mental health therapist. :|
I love your meal plan, but are you only taking a multivitamin?

Weird. The ASMBS recommends that we get 1500mg of calcium a day - I wonder why your team doesn't follow that recommendation.
