Hubby's birthday dinner, were going out, not sure where... Update later..

5 scallops and about 1/4.. 1/2 C of so called seafood chowder.. It had a couple of shrimp and clams.. Nothing what I am used to for seafood chowder...

Hi all,

Happy Memorial Day weekend.  I went food shopping today and will be cooking up a storm tomorrow.  Also spent the day with my Grandchildren.  What a joy!  They really do make life worth while.  I also lost another pound, and now I'm only two pounds to my goal weight.  It doesn't feel real.  When I set the goal, I never thought I'd reach it.  What a trip this has been.  So I continue to eat on plan...

Breakfast - beef asada and avocado and cabbage - my son cooked!

Lunch - left over salmon and asperagus from lunch yesterday

dinner - lamb and cucumber salad

Vitamins - like clockwork!

Water - not so good.  maybe 3 out of 6.  I'll get going on this now

Exercise - about to go down to use the recumbent bike.

Wow carol that's awesome only 2 lbs left Wooooo hoooo..

I have to work all weekend yuck.  But I am off Monday for memorial day which is also my daughter's 14th Birthday!!! So I have a ton of cooking and cleaning to do for her memorial day birthday party!!! BBQ!!!
