Frisco- Brussels Sprouts Part Deux....... Sausage !
I'm eating this right now......
After reading about people wanting salty porky goodness with brussels sprouts (I hear you.... me too!)
I did this batch with a diced up Chicken Sausage...... 1 link 120cals and total calories well within WL numbers.
Tasty meal !!!! ..... not bacon.....but pretty frickin good !!!!

Wow ok I'm not a fan of Brussels sprouts but I have to say that looks very Yummy!!! :-)
I never liked them either...... a supposedly "Super Food".... cook them right and they are awesome !!!!
The challenge is to prepare them without 400 calories of butter and or bacon grease.....

These look great! I love Brussels sprouts. I make them almost every week. I usually include a slice or two of real bacon :) spread over 4 servings it works for me.
I have some turkey sausage in my fridge, I may need to try this out a a main dish. Unfortunately I'm on a plane and won't be able to cook for myself until Thursday night. Darn working for a living, it so gets in the way.
