I am looking for a protein shake that is also a low cal meal replacement. The doc I went to used Bariatric Advantage which I like but find difficult to find around here. Any suggestions. I've never really looked at other protein shakes to see if they provide the vitamins and minerals needed to replace a meal.

Thanks in advance

I like the premier protein shakes from costco.  18 for $26.  They are available at walmart and sams I believe.

Isopure Zero carb is quality protein with vitamins and such added too.  I liked those.

GNC also has a meal replacement called Total Lean - it is protein concentrate not isolate, but isn't too bad.

If you like the Bariatric Advantage, it can be found online to purchase. I like Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla, but I mix it with Click Mocha Espresso protein too. I also use the Body Fortress Whey Islolate Vanilla to mix with my coffee protein too sometimes. It is the only shake I can drink daily/twice daily.
