Happy Sunday all!  Today is a resting sort of day for me, which really means it's a housework day.  But it's nice to me around the house instead of running around.  I'm still not feeling awesome, but I think I'm doing better than yesterday.  

1: tomato soup from panera with two crackers
2: frankenshake
3: dijon roasted rack of lamb w/ penne with roasted asparagus and balsamic butter or a protein shake, depending on how I feel
4: froyo protein popsicle or protein shake, depending on how I feel

water and vites: on track
exercise: rest and ice day

Slow day for me--going to have a massage this afternoon with the woman who teaches my pilates class, so I'm looking forward to relaxing.

B: Chocolate Premier shake + 2T Benefiber; 1 multi, 1c coffee + 1/2T half and half

L: 2 calcium chews + 2oz tuna salad, 1/2T mayo, .5oz onion, 1/2 small tomato + cymbalta + biotin + b12 sublingual

D: 2oz grilled ribeye, 4 baby brussells sprouts + 1 multi (+possibly 4oz watermelon)

S: 4oz cottage cheese + 2oz diced peaches +2 calcium chews

Water: Need to get on it, but so far have had 19oz fluids today

Ex: hopefully walking once the sun goes down. It's been in the mid-90s here already, and I hate it!

Yum, brussel sprouts.  I have a hard time getting fresh ones, but I've had a bag sitting in my freezer for a while!  Sadly, now that it's market season, I'm unlikely to get around to them until the winter.  But I love them so much :D

I have to work today so not so happy for me till 4pm then Ill be happy and home!!!

D. IDK yet!!!

Gwen It was sooooo good .. Im at work they ordered food and one of my employees said ya want some I said 1 peice of bacon it was the best ever!!!!!!!! I forgot how great it tasted... and since I see you eat it and some others I figured it cant be that bad!!! LOL

I'm a big fan of keeping natural fats in my diet, especially after some things I've read about fat and the gallbladder!  While I wouldn't go and have 4 ounces of bacon as a meal every day or anything, I think it's a fine sometimes-food :D

Hi everyone!  

I just completed my first Triathlon and I am so impressed with myself.  I came in 38th out of 157 for my age group.  My times really impressed me :)
