I worked out today, did YOU? - 06/17/2014
I worked out twice yesterday.
Today was a 1 hour Orange Theory class. Burned 617 calories. Most of this week I will be doing two a days but tonight I have a business dinner so unless I make it home at a decent time I probably will not have time tonight for my 2nd workout. I did take the dog for a long walk before my workout this morning so maybe I will count that.
I worked out today! What did YOU DO?

Yes! I am jet lagged, cranky and short on time, so I knew I needed to work out to feel better.
Body weight circuit:
- 60 jumping jacks
- 10 push ups
- 10 jump squats
- 45 second plank
- 20 jump switch lunges
- 12 dips
- 100 bicycle crunches
times 4 rounds. Total time 22 mins. Then after my meeting I did a 20 minute yoga podcast to round out the day.
now I can go enjoy a business dinner without stress.

Walking the dog always counts in my book. We both get good exercise!
My workout today.
I have our monthly support meeting tonight. I am bringing my gear so if I am not dead tired, I will stop by the gym for some cardio. I moved and it's right next door to Gold's Gym so no excuses!
Yup! One hour each of yoga and Pilates.
