L - Baby Kale Salad Mix with Grilled chicken sliced almonds, pepitas and ginger dressing
S - Greek Yogurt
D - dunno yet but protein and green veg for sure
S - Casein Protein
W - On Track
V - Nope
E - Yep - 1 hour Orange Theory

That is the mix I use, then I throw some slivered almonds, some pepitas (green pumpkin seeds), and some grilled chicken breast in and put some ginger vinaigrette on top. Really good and super healthy.
I had to stop my workout super short due to pain. On the one hand, yay for listening to my body, something I have a track record of failing at. But on the other hand, RAR pain that made me have to stop my workout. I'm pretty sure it's related to needing new orthotics due to my weight loss, but I'm in the process of getting that taken care of.

It'll be a few weeks at least. I'm going to try out some SuperFeet inserts that I have - I'm hoping they'll at least be better than my current orthotics even if they won't be as awesome as my future orthotics!

I am enjoying my time reduced time at work and working on my garden.
